1. How to fix this error message?

if you don’t download kindle ebook in Kindle for Pc, then install Kindle for Pc, download ebook in Kindle for pc, then run converter.

if you already download ebook in Kindle for pc, still get this error, you can do as follow:

1. Deregister in Kindle for Pc, close it.
   
2. Run Kindle for Pc, register it again, re-download kindle ebook again.
3. Run Kindle drm removal, try again.

2. Copy ebook from Kindle fire?

ebook copied from Kindle fire doesn’t support yet, you need to install Kindle for Pc, download ebook in Kindle for pc, then run converter to remove ebooks drm.

It is pretty easy to upload DRM epub book to NOOK , nook support Adobe drm epub ebook, you just drag book to NOOK in Digital editions.

This is video show how to do that.

In Digital editions window, click “Library” button, select “About Adobe Digital eidtions” item, you can get version number on About window.

You get follow error message  when  remove drm from Kindle reader book,

Kindle DRM Removal only work with Kindle PC without Kindle reader.

if you have Kindle 3 reader,  you need to do as follow:
1. “Deregister” in Kindle PC, it is in menu “tools–options–registration”.

2. delete all books and uninstall kindle PC.
3. re-install Kindle PC, register without Kindle 3, re-download all books.
4. run program to remove drm.
