You get follow error message when remove drm from Kindle reader book,
“Error trying default K4 info: no key found. maybe the PID is incorrect”Kindle DRM Removal only work with Kindle PC without Kindle reader.
if you have Kindle 3 reader, you need to do as follow:
1. “Deregister” in Kindle PC, it is in menu “tools–options–registration”.
2. delete all books and uninstall kindle PC.
3. re-install Kindle PC, register without Kindle 3, re-download all books.
4. run program to remove drm.
