if you think it is pricey that buy each book to read on your iPad,  there are lots of free book available on internet for iPad.

You go to website Gutenberg.org to browse an enormous online book library and download directly into your eReader.  the method follow also works well for Kindles and other e-reading devices.

1). Goto Gutenberg.org download ebook to windows or mac.
2). upload ebook to iPad using itune, add to Sony reader using Read Library.
